01 — What we do

One chain, from hardware to the mobile app

We work across six engineering disciplines. Most projects need three or four of them at once, which is why we keep them all in one team.

Product and software engineering

We turn an idea on paper — or a system that has been patched for years — into software you can actually build on.

  • Web platforms and SaaS
  • APIs and integration layers
  • E-commerce infrastructure
  • Legacy system modernisation

AI and computer vision

Systems that turn a camera feed or a customer conversation into a business decision: detection, classification, voice assistants.

  • Object and event detection
  • Voice and chat assistants
  • Model training and optimisation
  • GPU/CPU deployment at the edge

Mobile app development

We own the iOS and Android side through to store release. The app is not a showcase; it is part of the product.

  • iOS and Android
  • React Native
  • Store submission and release management
  • Push notification infrastructure

Edge systems and hardware

Devices that keep deciding on site with no internet: we build the whole chain, from picking the mini server to wiring the relay output.

  • Edge device architecture
  • Camera, relay and sensor integration
  • Offline operating modes
  • Remote fleet management

Cloud infrastructure and DevOps

Deployments that ship as containers, install with a single command, and can be observed and rolled back.

  • Packaging with Docker and Compose
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Monitoring, logging and alerting
  • Backup and disaster recovery

Security and regulatory compliance

KVKK (Türkiye's data protection law), ETK and İYS requirements are treated as the first architectural decision, not a clause added at the end.

  • KVKK-compliant data architecture
  • İYS and commercial message consent
  • Authentication and authorisation
  • Security reviews

Products and projects in production

Every one of them is running in the field. The detail pages explain what we built, why we made each decision, and what came out of it.

02 Voice AI assistant Tel Asistan An AI assistant that answers phone calls and WhatsApp messages around the clock and can take orders and book appointments.

03 — How we work

Four steps, no surprises

Discovery and scope

We map the business problem, the regulation and the existing systems in a single session. The output: a clear scope, the risks, and a measurable success criterion.

Architecture decision

Cloud or edge, which data lives where, which integration is mandatory — every decision is written down with its reasoning.

Build and test

Two-week cycles, a working release at the end of each one, and automated tests. We measure progress with running software, not estimates.

Field and continuity

Installation, staff training, monitoring and updates. If the system is not running on site, the project is not finished.

Why Reactigo

Building a system and keeping that system running in the field for three years are two different jobs. We design for the second one.

  • End-to-end ownershipOne team builds the chain from hardware selection to the mobile app, so no integration gaps are left between vendors.
  • Your data stays with youSystems that handle footage and personal data are designed to run in place, in line with KVKK, Türkiye's data protection law.
  • Works without internetCritical paths run offline. The cloud is a management layer, not a single point of failure.
  • Compliance is part of the architectureKVKK, ETK and İYS requirements are on the table at the first architectural decision, not at the end of the project.
04 — Questions

Frequently asked questions

What does Reactigo do?

Reactigo is a technology company that builds AI, cloud and edge systems. Our main areas are computer vision applications, voice AI assistants, e-commerce platforms, mobile apps, and integrations with Turkish regulation such as KVKK (Türkiye's data protection law), ETK (the e-commerce act) and İYS (the central consent registry for commercial electronic messages).

Which industries do you work in?

E-commerce and retail, industrial facilities, residential estates, and service businesses with heavy call volume. What connects them is not the sector but the nature of the problem: systems that process data, have to run in the field, and are subject to regulation.

How long does a project take?

Field installation of our existing products usually takes one to five days. Custom development runs in two-week cycles, and in most projects the first working release goes live within six to twelve weeks. We commit to a firm timeline once the scope is settled.

Where is our data stored?

On your own servers (on-premise) or in cloud hosted in Türkiye, whichever you prefer. In our vision products, raw footage and biometric data never leave the site; only operational metadata is sent upstream. That choice is made at the start of the architecture, not bolted on later.

Can you integrate with our existing systems?

Yes. CRM, ERP, e-commerce platforms (Shopify, for example), marketing tools (such as Klaviyo), camera and DVR systems and gate automation are all within scope. We map integration requirements during discovery and share the dependencies in writing.

Let's start

Describe what you want to build in a paragraph.

We will sharpen the scope together and tell you plainly what is technically possible, how long it takes and what it costs. The first conversation is free.
