A team that makes technology work in the field

Reactigo is a technology company that builds AI, cloud and edge systems with a single engineering approach. Most of what we build is the kind of system where somebody's work stops when it stops.

Who we are

We do not treat the software, the hardware it runs on and the regulation it sits inside as separate jobs.

Reactigo runs work that looks unrelated under one roof: an e-commerce platform and a mobile app on one side, vision hardware on a factory floor and an edge device reading plates at an estate entrance on the other.

What they have in common is this: all of them have to work in the real world, in conditions that tolerate neither downtime nor delay. If a gate does not open, a car waits. If a fire is spotted late, a facility burns. If a call goes unanswered, a sale is lost.

So our decisions are driven by operating conditions rather than demos: what happens when the internet drops, where the data lives, how the staff on site will run the system. Those questions are answered on day one of the architecture.

Our principles

Four decisions that define how we work

Data stays with its owner

Systems that process footage and personal data are designed so the raw data never leaves. KVKK, Türkiye's data protection law, is the first architectural decision, not a compliance item added later.

The critical path runs offline

Opening a gate, raising an alarm, answering a call — none of these are left dependent on the cloud. The cloud manages; the device on site decides.

Decisions are written down with their reasoning

Why this database, why this protocol, why this hardware — we document the reasoning behind each decision, so the system stays understandable even as the team changes.

The job ends with field installation

What we deliver is a running system, not a repository. Installation, training and monitoring are part of the project.

Capabilities

The technologies and fields we work in

We choose technology based on what the problem requires, not on what is fashionable.

  • AI and computer visionObject and event detection, ONNX/YOLO-based inference, optimisation for edge devices, and voice and chat dialogue systems.
  • Backend and dataPython/FastAPI, PostgreSQL, SQLite, job queues, multi-tenant architecture and row-level data isolation.
  • Web and mobileNuxt and the modern JavaScript ecosystem, server-side rendering, iOS and React Native apps.
  • Edge and hardwareMini server and camera integration, relay and dry contact outputs, and resilient device-to-cloud messaging over MQTT.
  • Deployment and operationsPackaging with Docker and Compose, single-command field installation, remote updates and fleet monitoring.
  • Compliance and securityKVKK-compliant data architecture, ETK and İYS integration, authentication, authorisation and audit logging.
Questions

Questions about us

Where is Reactigo based and where do you work?

Reactigo is based in Türkiye and delivers projects remotely, or on site where installation requires it. Our products are designed so they can also be deployed outside Türkiye.

How big is your team?

Reactigo works as a core engineering team, sized to take full ownership of a project end to end. The same team covers hardware, cloud, mobile and AI, which is why no integration gaps open up between them.

Why custom development instead of an off-the-shelf platform?

We do not always recommend custom development. If an existing product covers the need, we say so. We recommend building when regulation, field conditions or integration requirements push beyond what off-the-shelf products can do.

Do we own the source code?

On projects developed specifically for a client, code ownership is transferred to the client by contract. Our own products, such as Tel Asistan, PlakaKapı and Security, are provided under a licence model.

Say hello

One email is enough to start talking to our team.

We are happy to talk even if your project is still just an idea. On the first call we will tell you what is technically possible and give you an approximate cost range.
